The expansion added more gaming space, a new buffet restaurant, a new food court, and a new events center. In May 2009, the casino underwent a $17 million expansion and renovation project.
The tower was developed by Pinnacle Entertainment. In March 2006, the casino added a 14-story hotel tower with 310 rooms. It is located on the Rincon Reservation of the Luiseno Indians. The casino was first opened in December 2000 by the Pointer family. The casino has over 2,000 slot machines and over 60 table games.
